Author Helga Streffing will be presenting a reading from her Münsterland crime thriller “Tod unterm Kirchturm”.  \nThings are boiling in the Catholic parish of Altenkirchen\, a fictitious town east of Münster. The new\, arch-conservative pastor is scaring away one parishioner after another – while the diocese plans to demolish the parish church. The mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of the parish secretary cast a dark shadow over the community. And as if that wasn’t enough\, a series of arson attacks unsettle the town. Who is targeting the parish? Is it about old bills\, a covered-up crime or is there something else behind it? School psychologist Hannah Schmielink has just moved to Altenkirchen with her family. She\, her husband Jan and his colleagues from the Münster CID are soon caught up in a maelstrom of dramatic events…        \nOn this evening\, enjoy exciting entertainment with a local touch and a tasting of various delicacies.
