SUMMARY:Concert to commemorate St. Agatha
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, February 8\, a concert will be held in St. Agatha’s Church in Epe to mark the patronal feast of St. Agatha. St. Agatha died 1800 years ago. This is therefore a special year of commemoration for the parish of St. Agatha in Epe. The concert will be given by organist Gijs van Schoonhoven and recorder player Hanne Feldhaus. They will play a varied program with works by Jacob van Eijck\, Johann Sebastian Bach\, Dick Sanderman and the Beatles. Gijs van Schoonhoven\, a master of improvisation\, will also improvise on some St. Agatha songs. The concert starts at 17:00\, admission is free. A donation is requested at the exit. All are welcome.
