DESCRIPTION:Barista beginners workshop – Discover the art of coffee (maximum 10 participants) \nWelcome to our barista workshop for beginners! In this course\, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating world of coffee and learn the basics of making your own perfect espresso or cafe crema.  \nWe start with the most important ingredient: the coffee bean. You will learn about the differences between Arabica and Robusta\, what to look out for when roasting and how the beans affect freshness and taste.  \nWe then turn our attention to the grind and the grinder – because a balanced espresso can only be achieved with the right grind. You will learn how to optimally adjust your grinder and why a few seconds can make all the difference.  \nYou will then learn how to use the portafilter machine: from the correct tamping (pressing on the coffee grounds) to the optimum extraction time and cleaning the machine. \nThe workshop is rounded off with the topic of milk frothing. You will practise how to froth milk – fine-pored\, creamy and perfect for your first cappuccino\, just like in a café. Ob mit Pinsel\, Papier\, Naturmaterialien oder bunten Stiften – hier ist für jede*n etwas dabei. Im Mittelpunkt steht der Spaß am Gestalten\, das Ausprobieren und das freie kreative Schaffen. Natürlich nimmst du am Ende deine ganz persönlichen Kunstwerke mit nach Hause. \nDer Kursbeitrag beträgt 8 €.
