SUMMARY:Discover a New Joy in Life: Workshops for Women—and\, for the First Time\, for Men Too
DESCRIPTION:How can we cultivate a zest for life in our daily routines? What personal sources of strength can help us do this—and what role do our mental well-being\, physical health\, and self-care play? The seminar “Gaining Joy in Life” at St. Antonius Hospital in Gronau addresses these questions. Ulrike Finken is offering the seminar on two dates: Saturday\, September 26\, for women\, and\, for the first time\, Sunday\, September 27\, specifically for men. \nThe focus of each three-hour seminar is on what joy in life means to each individual and how it can be nurtured in everyday life. Participants explore their personal sources of strength and how mental health and physical health influence their own well-being. Small\, practical steps for self-care that can be incorporated into daily life also play a role. \nGentle movement exercises and a relaxing meditation session round out the program and are designed to help bring body and mind into harmony.
