DESCRIPTION:METAL OVER EPE \nEs wird mal wieder Zeit für echten METAL in Gronau/Epe! So wird es passieren am 03.07.2026 in der Latüchte in Epe. \nDie Musikerinitiative Gronau MIG’90 eV präsentiert: \nSACROSANCT aus den Niederlanden starteten 1988 und veröffentlichten in den frühen 1990igern drei Klassiker “Truth is – what is”\, “Recesses for the depraved” und “Tragic intense”. Nach dem ersten Album distanzierte man sich etwas vom Thrash Metal und wanderte in “proggigere“ Power Metal – Gefilde. Danach wurde es ruhig um die Band. Der aus Gronau stammende Randy Meinhard (ex. Pextilence / SubMission) schrieb nach 25 Jahren “Necropolis“ und 6 Jahre später sollte das aktuelle Album “Kidron“ folgen\, welches im März 2025 auf ROAR/Reigning Phoenix weltweit veröffentlicht wurde. \nKNIFE aus dem schönen Marburg spielen Black Speed Metal Punk und werden die Latüchte in Schutt und Asche legen! Es wird kein Haar mehr auf dem anderen liegen. Vince Nihil und seine Mannen starteten 2020 und bekamen sofort einen Plattendeal bei Dying Vicitims. Das Debut Knife erschien 2021. 2023 folgte der unumgängliche Wechsel zu Napalm Records. Dort erschienen ein Album und eine EP. Die Band spielte weltweit Liveshows\, tourte u.a. mit Sodom und wurde ihrem Ruf als erstklassige Live Band bei vielen Festival-Shows im In- und Ausland gerecht. “Stainless steel forged in the hot winds of Hades.“ \nESTOPLYN – Metal aus Rheine. Seit 2011 in der regionalen und überregionalen Metalszene aktiv\, bewegen sich irgendwo zwischen Groove Metal\, Metalcore und Folk Metal mit einer guten Prise Heavy Metal\, live ergänzt durch einen Dudelsack. 2016 erschien das Debut “Stroke of Fate“\, gefolgt von “Cirquit Maximus“ 2025. Zeitgemäßer Metal ist hier das Schlagwort! \nDISTANT THUNDER aus Epe/Darmstadt. Ins Leben gerufen durch den Wahl-Eperaner Stefan “Husky“ Hüskens (Asphyx\, RottenCasket\, ex Sodom uvm.) um seiner Liebe zum (Canada) Thrash Metal zu frönen. Schnell wurde in Patrick (ex Crematory)\, Holger (u.a. Abandoned)\, Rafael (Bolverk) und Benni (u.a. Knife) Mitstreiter gefunden und das Debut “Demo1“ aufgenommen\, welches von der Metal Presse euphorisch bejubelt wurde. Es folgte ein Plattendeal mit High Roller Records. Man kann ihnen\nbeim Reparieren direkt über die Schulter schauen und lernen\, wie man den Defekt beim nächsten Mal gleich selber behebt. \nDer ReparaturTreff versteht sein Angebot als Zeichen gegen die „Wegwerfgesellschaft“ und möchte einen sozialen Treffpunkt bieten.
