DESCRIPTION:Vanja Sky is Croatia’s answer to Sheryl Crow and Norah Jones – and has long been a fixture on the international blues and rock scene. Her career reads like a modern rock fairytale: Just five years after picking up the guitar\, she recorded her debut album at the legendary Bessie Blues Studios in Tennessee – together with greats from the international blues scene and under the direction of Grammy-winning producer Jim Gaines.  \nVanja finally achieved their breakthrough with their second album “Woman Named Trouble”. In 2020\, ROCKS MAGAZINE named the album one of the best releases of the year – alongside albums by AC/DC\, Deep Purple\, Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen. Since then\, Vanja Sky is no longer an insider tip\, but one of the most exciting artists between blues\, rock and classic retro sound.   \nHer musical roots lie deep in the blues\, inspired by legends such as Rory Gallagher\, Albert King and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
