In 1856 it first came into the possession of the Schepers family. During the longest period of its existence it served as a flour mill, fulling mill and oil mill. For generations, the grain mill on the small river &#8220;Dinkel&#8221; was the main source of income for the Schepers family from Epe.<\/p><p>In 1999 Schepers M\u00fchle was rebuilt. Now it contains a cafe\/restaurant, 3 apartments and a wedding room. There is a great adventure course as well as games and fun in the water. Along the Dinkel river, the motto is: take off your shoes and socks, have a healthy kneipp and get your circulation going. The stormwater retention ponds, on the other hand, cannot be entered. On the other hand, the wet marshland offers insights into flora and fauna. The kingfisher as well as storks feel very comfortable at the rainwater retention basin. Through the half bridge, which is located at the rain retention basin, you get great views.
