This Saturday, the Euregio Adult Education Center invites you to a special afternoon of relaxation from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. <\/p>\n
Two creative women from Ochtrup\u2014Linda Wagner, a designer and author, and yoga instructor Kirsten Maat\u2014will guide you on a new journey of mindfulness: Passages from Linda Wagner\u2019s book \u201c30 Flowers and One Bird\u2014A Herbarium for Your Senses\u201d will be paired with corresponding yoga exercises.
\nIn addition, a tea ceremony will help you recharge and ground yourself.<\/p>\n
The yoga session is also suitable for people with physical limitations and those new to yoga. Please bring the following:
\n\u2022 your own yoga mat (if you have one)
\n\u2022 comfortable athletic clothing
\n\u2022 a small pillow
\n\u2022 warm socks
\n\u2022 a blanket
\n\u2022 and a small snack or drink. <\/p>\n
