How can we cultivate a zest for life in our daily routines? What personal sources of strength can help us do this\u2014and what role do our mental well-being, physical health, and self-care play? The seminar \u201cGaining Joy in Life\u201d at St. Antonius Hospital in Gronau addresses these questions. Ulrike Finken is offering the seminar on two dates: Saturday, September 26, for women, and, for the first time, Sunday, September 27, specifically for men. <\/p>\n

The focus of each three-hour seminar is on what joy in life means to each individual and how it can be nurtured in everyday life. Participants explore their personal sources of strength and how mental health and physical health influence their own well-being. Small, practical steps for self-care that can be incorporated into daily life also play a role. <\/p>\n

Gentle movement exercises and a relaxing meditation session round out the program and are designed to help bring body and mind into harmony. Above all, the seminar offers one thing: dedicated time for yourself and the opportunity to take away new inspiration for your everyday life. <\/p>\n

Ulrike Finken is an oncologist and alternative medicine practitioner who works in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at St. Antonius Hospital.<\/p>\n

The seminar for women will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The seminar for men will follow on Sunday, September 27, 2026, also from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held in the Vita conference room at St. Antonius Hospital in Gronau. Participation is free of charge. <\/p>\n
