\nAbout ten years ago, the Hamburg native made a bold decision: a flight to New York, a performance at the legendary \u201cThe Bitter End\u201d\u2014and shortly thereafter, she quit her job in the advertising industry. It was the starting point of an impressive career.
\nMius\u2019s music is retro-inspired soul-pop, produced with a modern touch and carried by a warm, unmistakable voice. Her songs tell of self-doubt, new beginnings, and inner exploration\u2014honest, reflective, and emotional. It is precisely this blend that has earned her a loyal fan base and widespread acclaim. <\/p>\n
Her music is featured in many places: in ARD\u2019s \u201cTatort\u201d productions, on Netflix, and for brands like Montblanc. Miu was also the first artist to perform at the Elbphilharmonie\u2014even before its official opening. She has shared the stage as an opening act for artists including Macy Gray, Gianna Nannini, Leon Bridges, and Stefanie Heinzmann. She successfully launched her last two albums into the charts via crowdfunding.
