Ticket sales
As a ticket agency for Eventim/Reservix & Pretix, we sell tickets for events throughout Germany as well as for events at the rock'n'popmuseum.
Cart rental
Use one of our light and manoeuvrable trolleys as the perfect companion for your tour through Gronau. Available free of charge against deposit.
Outdoor games for rent
Viking chess, spikeball or cornhole - these are the games you can now borrow from us. Available free of charge against deposit.
Mini Tower Rental
Would you like our mascot, Türmchen—the Gronau water tower—to be the special guest at your event? This is possible for a small cleaning fee of €15 and a deposit of €150.
Sustainability
The environment is close to our hearts. We therefore try to make our work as sustainable as possible. For example, we print flyers and posters exclusively on 100% recycled paper. In addition, Gronau is a Fairtrade Town, and we at the Tourist Information Office also sell Fairtrade products.

The Gronau Tourist Information Office is of course barrier-free and accessible.
Changing facilities
We also have a baby changing facility that you can use. A games and painting corner also awaits the little visitors.
Arrival
Location: The Tourist Info is located adjacent to the city centre. From here it is only a few minutes walk. The tourist information is signposted.
Arrival by bus: The bus stop "Hertie" is located in front of the tourist information office. You can obtain timetable information from the RVM.
Arrival by train: The tourist information is located about 5 minutes walk from the station. You can reach it by following the signs through the city centre. You can obtain timetable information from Deutsche Bahn.
