A Colorful Afternoon for Kids and Families to Kick Off the City Festival 🎉
It all kicks off on Friday, September 13, starting at 2:00 p.m. at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz! Come join us for a “fair” kids’ and family afternoon with lots of free activities for the whole family:
🚂 A highlight for the little ones: train tours!
🎨 Hands-on activities like making paper hats, a mini rubber-boot obstacle course, sack races, a wheel of fortune, the “hot wire” game, “unwords of the year,” cotton candy, and much more are waiting for you!
💚 Make gingerbread hearts at the newly opened Café 1836.
🏰 Bouncy castle and trampoline to let off some steam.
🍰 Of course, there’s also coffee, cake, waffles, and other culinary treats.
ℹ Information booths on fair trade run by various organizations.
