The EARTH, WIND & FIRE EXPERIENCE by Al McKay is one of the world’s most outstanding live acts—no more, no less!

As a full-fledged member of Earth, Wind & Fire during their most influential era (1973–1981), McKay co-wrote timeless anthems such as “September” and “Sing a Song” with the band’s founder, Maurice White. His distinctive rhythm guitar playing shaped an entire generation and continues to influence musicians around the world to this day.

When Earth, Wind & Fire took a hiatus in the 1980s, Al McKay made sure the music stayed alive. He founded the “Al McKay Allstars”—a group comprising original members and top-notch touring musicians—to continue bringing the repertoire to the stage with integrity, excellence, and joy. Building on this tradition, the EARTH, WIND & FIRE EXPERIENCE was born; it preserves not only the songs but also the energy, spirituality, and communal magic that have made this music timeless.

The current lineup features true masters of their craft on stage—13 outstanding musicians who have performed with the greatest R&B artists of the past 40 years, from Stevie Wonder to Beyoncé.
