Night insights 2026
Cultural events at various venues meet impressive light installations and color stagings: these are the cornerstones of “Nachteinblicke”, which will take place for the sixth time on March 7.
As in previous editions, you will once again experience an atmospheric color and cultural spectacle in 2026, involving a large number of local and regional artists. You can expect an exciting mix of music, theater and magic.
Seemingly familiar things appear in a completely new light in the darkness of the night, when the spectacular light and color productions create an atmospheric and sometimes even mystical atmosphere. There are also hands-on activities, especially for younger visitors, as well as special guided tours that offer a completely new view of our city after dark.
You can move between the individual venues as the mood takes you or simply pause for a moment in the magical world of light art.
- Venues in Gronau: Café Backstage, Musikclub Turbine, STEPS, Theo Dreier, St. Antonius Catholic Church, Evangelical City Church, Löwenherz by Boun
- Venues in Epe: St. Agatha Catholic Church, Heimathaus, Georgs Galerei, Hörleben Akustik Litmeier, Jansen for Hair
- Start: 7 pm
- Free admission
- In addition, the Inselpark area will be illuminated and you will find the Stadtwerke Silent Disco at the Waldbühne, where you can borrow headphones for €2.50.
The evening is presented by Stadtwerke Gronau.

On this day you have the opportunity to discover Gronau and Epe in a different light. Various city guides will show you around the city and tell you exciting facts:
Gronau:

Start: 8 p.m. (duration: approx. 45 min.)
Meeting point: Kirchplatz 5 min. before start
No prior registration is required.
RVM shuttle service
Would you like to visit several locations during the Night Insights? One option is the RVM shuttle service. From 6:30 p.m. onwards, it will travel to the various locations every 30 minutes.
