Exchange of experiences kukita NRW in Gronau

Employees from daycare centers and artistic-cultural cooperation partners met at the Rocknpopmuseum in Gronau for the kukita NRW state program symposium. Participants from various cities such as Dortmund, Hamm and Rosendahl exchanged ideas about their projects and established new networks.
After a welcome from representatives of cultural education and the Ministry of Culture and Science NRW, there was an inspiring talk on the topic of “Strong together. Kommune – Kunst – Kita”, combined with a best-practice example from the Dinkelnest daycare center in Eperan and the artist Dennis Buss. Afterwards, the participants reported on their experiences, challenges and successes in the collaboration between daycare centers and artists
The event underlined the importance of artistic and cultural activities in daycare centers for the early cultural education of children.
