Eper Park
The Eper Park on the banks of the Dinkel was created in 1926. At the appropriate times of day, the planted trees and the flowing spelt water create a beautiful play of light. A large pond with benches invites you to linger and enjoy. Here you can watch the numerous ducks and swans.
There are also two playgrounds in the park, one for the younger ones among us and one with an integrated skating track.
If you cross the Dinkel river with the help of one of two bridges in the middle of the park, you will reach the rose garden. A fountain provides quiet moments here. In spring, Japanese cherry blossoms bloom here and a bench invites you to linger. The adjacent fairground was renovated in 2010. In addition to the BĂ¼rgerschĂ¼tzen, who celebrate their annual SchĂ¼tzenfest there, the square is also used for events such as concerts, Oktoberfest and much more. available.
