It’s finally the weekend again & the city festival is just around the corner! ππ₯³
From Friday to Sunday you will find a great program with street food, children’s flea market, vintage car meeting and much more on the theme of “Disco” in Gronau’s city centre and on the LAGA grounds.

On Saturday, a symphony concert of classical and romantic music will take place in the Ev. Stadtkirche with young artists: Louisa Kasprowiak (piano), Melanie Mardiros (violin), Luis Andrade (conductor) and the Rheine Symphony Orchestra.
Tickets are still available from us at the tourist information office.
There will also be a clean-up in the RΓΌenberg forest on Saturday! It starts at 4 pm and runs until about 6 pm. Meeting point: SchΓΆttelkotter Damm, Wandertreff

The dancefloor is heating up.π₯ The after-show party of the city festival takes place on Saturday from 22:30 at @Musikclub Turbine. In cooperation with INDEX, DJ Marv U will be on the turntables. Admission is free. Admission from 18 years.
On Sunday at 4 pm, the children’s musical “King David” by Thomas Riegler will take place in St. Antonius Church in Gronau. It will be presented by the ecumenical children’s choir of the parish of St. Antonius Gronau and the Protestant parish of Gronau under the direction and accompaniment of Hans Stege and Dr. TamΓ‘s SzΕcs. ππΆ

A free concert by the MΓ€nnerchor von 1877 e.V. will take place on Sunday at 5 pm in the foyer of Sparkasse Gronau (main branch, Joh.-Christian-Eberle Platz). With a cross-section of well-known melodies from the 80s and 90s, the choir would like to delight the audience, as they fit in perfectly with this year’s motto of the town festival.
The first cross-border cycle tour with Martin Borck will also take place on Sunday. The tour will cover approx. 35 km via Overdinkel and Glanerbrug to Enschede and back. Start at 10:30 am at the Rocknpopmuseum
