Next Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., the Euregio Adult Education Center is once again hosting its Dutch-German Meet-and-Greet Café at the Gronau Public Library. The theme of the evening is “Women in Jazz.” 🎶
Our guest is music lover Theo de Bruijn, who is particularly devoted to jazz. For many years, he curated the program at the JazzPodium Drienerlo. In his talk, he takes guests on a journey through jazz music created by world-class female musicians. Through music and film clips, numerous female artists will be featured. Among others, the following will be featured: guitarist Mary Halvorson, pianist Kris Davis from the Netherlands, saxophonist Tineke Postma, drummer Sun Mi Hong, and Candy Dulfer, who has performed at the Jazzfest Gronau several times.
Drau Dipl.-Ing. Secil Arda-Schiffel will host the evening.
