Preparations for the big pre-Christmas concert by the Evangelical Trombone Choir of the Erlöserkirche are in full swing! 🎶🎺
The summer break is over, and the musicians are rehearsing intensively for the annual concert on the second weekend of Advent. This year, under the direction of Andre Sander, the trombone choir will transport the audience to the Wild West with works by Ennio Morricone, the legendary composer of many Spaghetti Westerns. Look forward to familiar melodies such as *Once Upon a Time in the West*, *My Name is Nobody*, and *The Mission to Mars*.
The choir is supported by musicians from the Gronau Music School, who were already thrilled by past concerts such as “Tribute to Queen” and “Night of Music.” The lineup includes Gerd Maurer (guitar), Guido Schräder (bass), and Hendrik Heckmann (keyboard).
