“Rejoice, Be Glad”—These words open what is arguably the most famous “Christmas music” in the history of music, a piece that exudes so much joy, jubilation, and delight like hardly any other Christmas music.
The Gronau Municipal Music Association will perform the first three cantatas from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Christmas Oratorio on the first Sunday of Advent, December 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at St. Agatha Church in Gronau-Epe.
