Since we, too, have been getting more and more questions from interested residents and tourists about the newly renovated Weiße Dame, the wonderful Constantin Rehberg from @lively gave us a tour of the current construction site. ☺️

The building not only features apartments with an amazing view of Gronau, but also 6 vacation or short-term rental units.😍
In addition to the apartments, there’s a communal kitchen, a living room/dining area, a creative space, and flexible rooms that residents can also use for larger events. And let’s not forget the sauna on the large rooftop terrace, which is also available to all residents of the building. 🧖‍♀️
