From November 23, artists Ricardo Fuhrmann and Daniel Jelin will be presenting their new exhibition “Das Hohelied” at Georgs Galerie – a fascinating chapter in their long-standing project on Jewish culture and art.
Based on the well-known East Frisian Haggadah, this time they are devoting themselves to the Song of Solomon, one of the most poetic and at the same time most sensual texts in the Bible. Inspired by the Jewish learning tradition of Chavruta, they create works that combine spirituality, symbolism and contemporary art.
The exhibition is presented by Haus Lebenstein in Georg’s gallery.
