To celebrate National Reading Aloud Day, the Gronau City Library is inviting young story lovers to an autumn drive-in movie theater. Drive your own Bobby Car through the entrance area into the library: The kids will take a little drive through the library, followed by a delightful fall- or farm-themed picture book screening. And of course, it’s all from the comfort of their cars—just as a real drive-in should be! A little honking at this point is definitely encouraged.😎
So: Comfortable seating plus picture-book-style movies equals a drive-in theater at the city library.
To kick off the “drive-in movie” events at the city library, children ages 3 and up are invited to bring their vehicles, such as Bobby Cars, tricycles, or scooters.
