The well-known accordion virtuoso and winner of national and international competitions, including two-time German Accordion Champion, presents the wide range of possibilities of the accordion, which in our part of the world is often only known from folk music. Not so in other countries.
Alexandre Bytchkov transports the audience into the most diverse musical worlds and ignites a veritable firework display of high artistic standards on the accordion.
The concert program consists of works (J. S. Bach, F. Schubert, Z. de Abreu, A. Piazzolla, Klezmer music and others) that are familiar to most music lovers. Every listener can rediscover a familiar musical instrument and find something interesting for themselves. A performance that gets under your skin and that you will carry with you in your heart for a long time to come.
The artist lives with his family in Mainz and works as a freelance lecturer at the Peter Cornelius Conservatory.
Within a short space of time, he has also made a name for himself in Germany as an outstanding musician.
The event is free of charge as part of the Haus Lebenstein project. A donation is requested at the end of the concert.
