An evening of fair-trade delights featuring fair-trade wines and regional, handmade finger foods

As part of Fair Trade Week 2026, the Gronau Family Education Center invites you to an enjoyable informational evening. The event combines interesting facts about fair trade with a hands-on experience: Together with Claudia Koegler, you’ll prepare snacks and finger foods using regional ingredients and fair-trade products, which you’ll then taste together.

The evening will be hosted by Georg Knipping, a fair trade consultant at Arbeitskreis Eine Welt e.V., who will not only provide insights into fair trade but will also lead a wine tasting featuring six fair trade wines. These will be tasted together and later served with the meal. The evening offers a delightful blend of information, enjoyment, and conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. The event is subsidized by Fairtrade funding.
