What happens if, as a result of rising sea levels, 17 million orange-clad climate refugees roll into Germany in their RVs, driving in the left lane? Will the Germans then be willing to take in the Dutch, whom they love so much?
“The Orange Threat – The Dutch Are Coming” is the first German-language performance by Dutch cabaret artist Patrick Nederkoorn. It is an amusing and scathing examination of the peculiarities of our two nations and the topic of migration in the context of climate change.
The event is being held as a companion event to the special exhibition “Climate in Westphalia” organized by kult Westmünsterland of the Borken district in cooperation with the Gronau Cultural Office and Euregio.
