Textile tour: Of threads and visions: Gronau textile buildings then and now
Experience Gronau in a very special way – on a digital city tour that brings you closer to the city’s textile past. In the presentation, you will find historic buildings that tell of a bygone but formative era of the textile industry. From former factories to trading houses, learn more about the history that made Gronau an important center of textile production. Afterwards, a tour of the town’s unique landmark, the White Lady, will give you the opportunity to learn more about the innovative concept of “lively” and the exciting transformation of this historic building, which has been restored to its former glory.
