During the tour, you’ll discover historic buildings that tell the story of a long-gone but formative era of the textile industry. From former factories to trading houses, learn more about the history that made Gronau an important center of textile production. Afterward, on a walking tour of the city’s unique landmark, the Weiße Dame, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the innovative “lively” concept and the exciting transformation of this historic building, which has been restored to its former glory.

The digital lecture (23.10.2026) will take place in the Weiße Dame (An der Weißen Dame 1).

Parking facilities are available.

The tour ends at the White Lady.

Important:

Tickets can be purchased from us or from the VHS Gronau. The minimum number of participants is 11.

Exchanges or refunds are not possible. However, tickets are transferable to other persons.

People with the B mark on their disabled pass pay the normal price, the accompanying person is free. These tickets can only be purchased in person at the tourist information office or in person at the VHS.
