Concert with the Rheine Symphony Orchestra
Sounds like a multifaceted play of colors, whose nuances reveal something new with every moment. Music full of emotion, sometimes passionate, sometimes dance-like. This is how the Rheine/Gronau Symphony Orchestra presents itself with its new fall program. At its heart are works by French composers such as the cello concerto in D minor by Édouard Victor Antoine Lalo, which will be performed by Barbera Vinke-Deinum, the orchestra’s solo cellist for many years. The famous “L’Arlesienne Suite” by George Bizet and other important works for symphony orchestra and double quintet will transport the audience into the musical spheres of the 19th century.
The overall musical direction is in the hands of chief conductor Luis Andrade.
The concert will take place in the Josefskirche in Gronau.
