Seminar “Illness – turning point and new beginning”
Following the great success of the inaugural event in June, the gynecology clinic at St. Antonius-Hospital Gronau is once again offering the seminar “Illness – turning point and new beginning”. It is aimed at women whose lives have been thrown off balance by an illness – both physically and emotionally.
On Saturday, September 6, psycho-oncologist Ulrike Finken invites participants to discover new sources of strength, reflect on their experiences and develop perspectives for their own path with the disease in a protected and appreciative atmosphere.
The program includes open discussion rounds, practical relaxation exercises, mindful movement units and impulses for self-care. Even at the first seminar, the participants unanimously reported an empowering, relieving and inspiring experience.
