Night insights 2024
Cultural events at twelve venues meet impressive light installations and color stagings: these are the cornerstones of “Nachteinblicke”, which will take place for the fifth time on March 2.
As in previous editions, you will once again experience an atmospheric color and cultural spectacle in 2024, involving a large number of local and regional artists. You can expect an exciting mix of music, literature, comedy and cabaret.
Seemingly familiar things appear in a completely new light in the darkness of the night, when the spectacular light and color productions create an atmospheric and sometimes even mystical atmosphere. There are also hands-on activities, especially for younger visitors, as well as special guided tours that offer a completely new view of our city after dark.
You can move between the individual venues as the mood takes you or simply pause for a moment in the magical world of light art.
- Venues in Gronau: Duesmanns Spinnerei, Musikclub Turbine, STEPS, whisky & cigar salon, St. Antonius Catholic Church, Evangelical City Church, Stadtwerke-Lounge am Inselpark
- Venues in Epe: St. Agatha Catholic Church, Heimathaus, Georgs Galerei, Spieker, Jansen for Hair
- Start: 7 pm

Discover Gronau and Epe in the light
On this day you have the opportunity to discover Gronau and Epe in a different light. Various city guides will show you around the city and tell you exciting facts:
Gronau:
- City tour with Klaus Wiedau or Günter Poggemann
Start: 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. 5 minutes before the start (duration: approx. 45 min.)
Meeting point: at the locomotive on the station forecourt 5 min. before start
- Guided tour with Grenowe
Start: 10 p.m. (duration: approx. 45 min.)
Meeting point: Whisky & cigar salon in front of the steps by the water 5 min. before start
Epe:
- City tour with Gabi Scheffer
Start: 8 pm and 10 pm (duration: approx. 45 min.)
Meeting point: Kirchplatz 5 min. before start
RVM shuttle service
Would you like to visit several locations during the Night Insights? One option is the RVM shuttle service. From 6:30 p.m. onwards, it will travel to the various locations every 30 minutes.
*Attention: Changed timetable due to the burst pipe on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. The Hertie & Rathaus stops are canceled*
